CITI is growing, and we’re looking for a commercially driven Enterprise Solutions Manager to help us accelerate our impact across consultancy services, professional programmes, and digital learning solutions.

As our Enterprise Solutions Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of CITI’s growth by:


New Business Acquisition

* Identifying, engaging, and converting new opportunities across consultancy, accredited programmes, and online learning
* Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and onboarding
* Building a strong, well‑qualified pipeline using CRM and structured development strategies
* Representing CITI at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.


Consultative Client Engagement

* Holding high‑quality discovery conversations with senior leaders, PMO teams, and transformation leads
* Translating client needs into tailored solutions across consultancy, Beyond Method® (CITI’s IP) programmes, and digital learning pathways
* Building trusted relationships that support long‑term engagement and repeat business.


Internal Collaboration

* Working closely with programme and consultancy teams to shape integrated solutions
* Partnering with internal teams to design targeted outreach campaigns using CRM, LinkedIn, and sector insights
* Feeding back market intelligence to inform product and service development.


Reporting & Performance

* Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline management
* Producing monthly reports on activity, revenue, and market trends
* Monitoring conversion rates and ensuring high‑quality proposal delivery.


What Success Looks Like

* Achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets across consultancy, programmes, and online learning
* Meeting or exceeding new business acquisition goals
* Keeping a healthy, accurate pipeline and delivering high‑quality proposals.
