This is a full-time customer support role based on-site in Athens, where you will support international users in Italian and English while building your career in a multicultural environment.

* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve account, service, and general support queries
* Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience
* Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards
Requirements
* Italian proficiency C2 (spoken & written)
* English proficiency B2–C2
* Customer service experience advantageous
* Willingness to relocate to Athens if required

* Salary: €1045–1100 gross per month – salary paid x14 per calendar year + x14 bonuses as well
