Logistics Administrator\n\nDue to sustaining strong growth over this difficult period, we have a role available as a Logistics Administrator for an import/export food company based in modern offices. During current restrictions this role will be based 2 days in the office and 3 at home.\n\nThe role\n\n * Logging customer's products call offs\n\n * Running daily delivery report\n\n * Arranging all stock deliveries and releases\n\n * Issuing of invoices/credit notes\n\n * Adhoc spot purchases\n\n * Checking/ approving haulage and warehousing bills\n\n * Custom clearance of bonded stock.\n\nThe successful candidate will:\n\n * Have previous experience in a similar office-based role.\n\n * Have excellent PC literacy skills.\n\n * Be able to plan ahead and work in an organised and efficient manner\n\n * Have strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail\n\n * Have the ability to communicate effectively and confidently on the phone and in person - both internally and externally\n\nDue to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
