Base Pay Range
Are you a proactive and organized leader with experience in logistics and dispatch? We’re looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely execution of delivery schedules, as well as the efficient management of goods in and out.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee dispatch operations to ensure on-time delivery of goods
* Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
* Work with production, dispatch, and warehouse staff, ensuring safe and efficient working practices
* Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and delivery documentation
* Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively
* Implement and uphold health & safety standards across all dispatch activities
Requirements:
* Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse supervisory roles, ideally within a manufacturing environment
* Valid forklift license (counterbalance or reach)
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Good knowledge of health & safety practices
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
