A leading commercial building consultancy is seeking an accomplished Director of Project Management to lead a regional office. This senior appointment offers responsibility for driving business growth, developing a high-performing team, and delivering top-tier services to clients in the commercial property sector.
Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team
* Manage and deliver commercial real estate projects from inception to completion
* Lead client engagement, bids, and business development

Requirements:
* Significant experience in project management within the built environment
* Proven leadership of project teams and/or office operations
* Outstanding communication, client management, and networking skills
* Relevant professional chartership (MRICS or equivalent) preferred
* Track record in winning work and developing business
Salary & Benefits:
* Base salary: £90,000 – £95,000 (DOE)
