Description


This position is pivotal in achieving the efficient delivery of the Scottish FA "Power of Football" Strategy across the association. Its purpose is to work closely with the regional staff in providing a support service to the association. To provide administrative support to the wider Football Department, including the Scottish FA Performance Coaches, National Youth Teams and the overall Scottish FA. Finally, you will assist in developing a positive culture within the department based on achieving the vision of the Scottish FA Power of Football Strategy.


Key Responsibilities

* To provide full administrative support to the Department
* To provide administrative support to the wider Football Department, including the Scottish FA Performance Coaches and the overall Scottish FA when required.
* To provide full administrative support to the Scottish FA Strategic Plan.
* To assist the Scottish FA with any events/activities. As part of this out of hours working may be required from time to time.
* Participate in meetings with foreign association representatives, to ensure good organisation of the allocated team's arrangements
* Allocate tickets and match passes for relevant player and technical staff use and record
* Update COMET with Team sheets, results and disciplinary issues from matches
* Any other reasonable duties on request
