As a Change & Strategy – Business Analyst & Project Execution Associate within the Client Account Services team, you will partner extensively with key stakeholders in the respective businesses, operations, technology partners, and transition teams to execute the strategy. You will gain exposure to various management structures within Securities Services and Markets businesses and need to create strong partnerships across teams and locations.
Job Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications.
* Facilitate solution design sessions with Product and technical teams, providing guidance for successful implementation.
* Implement strategic changes with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains, proposing actionable solutions.
* Work with various business units, operations, technology partners, and transition teams to understand needs and develop project plans.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships across teams and locations within Securities Services and Markets businesses.
* Leverage understanding of business processes to drive strategic initiatives and organizational alignment.
* Support business cases for technological infrastructure changes.
* Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.

* Knowledge of product, process, or systems, especially in reference data or client onboarding.
* Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to business changes.
