You will work as part of our expanding local team to ensure that our client and their visitors have a fantastic experience. Alongside providing a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service, you will help to deter crime, reduce risks and de-escalate confrontational situations.
We are looking for candidates who are outgoing and personable, someone with experience in providing customer service is essential. What is key is an ability to cope with and diffuse challenging situations. Communication skills are a must. You will be passionate and driven by doing the right thing to get things resolved quickly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will:
* Have previous experience delivering customer service in a high footfall environment.
* Be comfortable implementing operational related policies and procedures.
* Have experience in de-escalating confrontational situations.
* Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written.
* Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Holding a valid First Aid at Work certificate would be an advantage but full training will be provided in this area.
* A valid SIA license will be required for the role.
The role is a part time role on a Saturday from hrs with extra roles available across the company as an additional option.
