We are recruiting a Marketing Manager to join an expanding team based on the outskirts of Oxford.
The successful candidate will hold experience in a content marketing role, with a focus on producing warm, revenue-generating leads, alongside taking responsibility for managing events, both in-person and online.
There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of up to c£45k DOE, plus bonus, 25 days holidays plus stats, 23 personal development days a year, £650 a year to spend on anything which aids your work-life balance and a fully paid month-long sabbatical after 5 years’ service, and a flexible working option (two days a week in the office, three from home).
Duties include:
* Architect and lead a content strategy that drives growth by transforming technical expertise into a scalable content engine, including long-form assets, case studies, social content and video
* Own the end-to-end events programme, delivering high-quality experiences across virtual and in-person formats, from planning and logistics through to post-event engagement
* Build, execute and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns using advanced marketing automation platforms, maximising performance through integrated tools and data
* Manage audience segmentation and data compliance, demonstrating ROI through clear reporting on lead generation and attribution
* Act as a key link between marketing and the wider business, aligning campaign delivery with commercial objectives to generate high-quality pipeline
Experience/Skills required:
* Experience in a similar content marketing role, ideally within the B2B professional service sector
* A journalistic mindset with a flair for writing copy that truly engages an audience
* Commercially minded and analytical, with the ability to present data-driven results to a leadership team
* A keen interest in technology/software with an understanding of how and when to utilise AI across marketing activities
* Career-minded with long term career aims
