Remedicare Staffing are looking for a Dental Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. We are a small, driven team with a strong reputation in the healthcare recruitment sector, and opportunities in our dental market do not come up often.
This is a 360 recruitment role running a permanent desk, working with dental professionals and practices nationwide. You will be responsible for managing both candidates and clients, building long-term relationships and overseeing the full recruitment process from business development through to placement.
The dental market is a high-earning niche, offering excellent commission potential for someone motivated and sales-driven.
What the role involves:
• Full 360 recruitment – business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing and placement
• Managing a permanent desk covering the whole of the UK
• Building relationships with dental practices and dental professionals
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Working closely with both clients and candidates to ensure the right match
What we are looking for:
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A driven, target-focused mindset
• A people person who enjoys building relationships
• Sales experience or recruitment experience preferred but not essential
