About You
We are seeking a results-oriented, innovative, self-driven individual to join as a Process Engineer. You will collaborate with Process Engineering and Production teams to optimize manufacturing and distribution processes of Dymax adhesives and oligomers. Your role includes executing continuous improvement projects involving procedures, equipment, piping, and instrumentation, developing data-driven solutions, and supporting various functional groups.
Additionally, you will:
* Develop accurate standard work and provide data for process optimization through time studies on batch processes.
* Collect and analyze data to identify variables affecting product quality.
* Implement control methods to reduce variability and enhance product quality.
* Assist in lab-scale process improvement activities to develop new processes.
* Support testing and troubleshooting of new processing equipment.
Projects will require presenting results to relevant audiences upon completion.
Requirements
You should:
* Be a rising sophomore or higher pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, or have equivalent work experience.
* Be self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively to meet deadlines.
* Follow safe laboratory practices when working with chemicals.
* Understand and adhere to experimental protocols for data integrity.

Dymax offers competitive compensation, considering factors such as location, skills, experience, and market conditions. Salaries vary and may be above or below the listed range, which represents the low and high end of our salary spectrum for this role.
