Job Responsibilities
* Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records.
* Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision.
* Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly.
* Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care.
* Create a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable.
* Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner.
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
* Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records.
* A team player who thrives on helping others.
Work Details
Location: Hull Dental Unit H, North Point Shopping Centre, Hull, HU7 4EE. Pay: 17.50 weekly.
Schedule: Monday 08:30–18:30, Wednesday 08:30–16:00, Friday 14:30–18:30.
