A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a respected, forward‑thinking print solutions provider supporting a wide range of customers across the Avon / Bristol region.
You'll be joining a skilled and supportive service team known for technical excellence, high standards, and a genuine customer‑first approach. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work with leading print and MFD technologies.
The Role
Respond to service calls and carry out repairs on MFD/photocopier equipment
Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs through cleaning, adjustment or part replacement
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
Install new devices, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction
Escalate complex issues and collaborate with technical support teams when required
Maintain accurate service records, documentation and customer updates
Candidate
We're looking for a confident, technically capable engineer who enjoys working in a fast‑paced field environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience servicing MFDs/photocopiers
Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic ability
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
Able to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites
Proactive, adaptable and committed to ongoing technical development
Full UK driving licence
