Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Trainee Negotiator to join our successful Peter Alan residential team in Swansea.

This is an entry-level role designed to develop you into a fully-fledged property professional. You will learn every aspect of the property industry through a structured, industry-leading development and training programme, setting you up and providing exposure to diverse pathways across the business, including Lettings, Sales, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and other specialist services - allowing you to shape and control your career.
£25k Basic Salary with Uncapped Commission | Clear Career Progression

1. Generate and book property valuations and market appraisals
2. Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers or tenants

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
To be successful as a Trainee Negotiator, you will:
9. Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service
10. Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
11. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
13. Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
