The Role
* Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development through to placement
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
* Developing new business opportunities within your specialist sector
* Working towards achievable targets and KPIs
* Contributing to the continued growth and expansion of the business
* Providing an excellent level of customer service throughout the recruitment process
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in recruitment is essential
* A growth mindset and genuine ambition to develop with the business
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proven track record of achieving targets
* Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence preferred
