Overview
The Tools, Solution & Data Innovation Specialist plays a pivotal role in bridging business objectives with fit-for-purpose technology and data solutions that support the long-term strategic goals of Virgin Media O2 (VMO2) and Mobile Access Engineering. This role is responsible for shaping end-to-end business and data solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture principles, operational needs, and transformation objectives.
Responsibilities
* Deep knowledge of technology, business and data architecture principles, frameworks and standards
* Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities that can be fully utilised to capture requirements and stakeholder requests
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influence across business, data, and IT domains
* Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate complex technical ideas in a business and engineering context
* Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery
* Ability to lead and collaborate in a matrixed organisation with multiple stakeholders
Qualifications
* Deep experience in engineering, business, solution or data architecture roles in large-scale organisations
* Experience working across the full architecture lifecycle: discovery, design, governance, assurance, delivery
* Demonstrable experience in mobile telecoms, technology, or regulated environments
