Role:Dual Registered Manager (overseeing 2 BRAND NEW solo homes next door to each other)
Area:Burton On Trent
Salary:£45,000 £60,000 (depending on experience)
Bonus:Additional bonus payable once successfully registering both solo homes
Start Date: As soon as possible
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous OFSTED inspection experience ESSENTIAL - It's a brand new home that needs registration
* Strong background in managing residential childrens homes
* Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD)
* Experience in leading a staff team
* Experience of recruitment, selection and retainment
* Level 5 in management

This excellent job opportunity is required for an experienced Manager who has previous or current experience of managing a children's home. The role involves overseeing two solo homes, based next to each other in Stapenhill in Burton On Trent.
The organisation has been established for a few years and has other homes within the West Midlands area. They are growing and developing and are looking for a successful manager who can lead a new team and build upon this brand new home. You would shadow the Director in the first few weeks to provide support and guidance.
