We are working in close partnership with a well‑established, private equity‑backed energy services business on a key strategic appointment.
They are looking to appoint a Head of Commercial Operations to play a central role in how the business operates and scales. Based in Aberdeen, this role has a global remit and works closely with senior leadership across international operations.
This is not a traditional support role. It is about building and embedding a strong commercial operating system, bringing structure, discipline, and control across the business. An excellent package is on offer, reflecting the importance of this hire.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of how the commercial function operates across the group.

Experience in multi‑entity or international businesses
Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
