Recruitment Consultant at Media Contacts Ltd for B2B Events and Conferences | Sales | Production | Marketing | Operations

This is your chance to step into the world of B2B events as a Conference Producer in a dynamic and influential space. You’ll be at the heart of shaping cutting-edge conference content on some of the most talked-about topics in business today. Working with a team of passionate professionals, you’ll have the opportunity to research emerging trends, collaborate with senior industry leaders, and bring world-class events to life- plus enjoy international travel to attend the very conferences you’ve helped to create.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth market research to uncover industry challenges, trends, and opportunities.
* Design and deliver high-impact conferences that attract senior professionals and decision-makers.
* Build and maintain relationships with senior industry figures, keynote speakers, and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A university degree, ideally with experience in hospitality, events, or active involvement in extracurricular societies (e.g. student events or social committees).
* A genuine interest in the B2B events space or some relevant industry experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in speaking to senior professionals.
* A passion for research, content development, and staying ahead of industry trends.
* A commercially minded and proactive attitude.
