In this pivotal role, you will help establish and manage logistical operational resources, ensuring our projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Working Hours
Full Time, Permanent - 45 hours per week
Your Responsibilities
As a Sub-Agent, you will be an integral part of the Devonport Dockyard team, contributing to the redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site. Your daily tasks will include:
* Ensuring timely procurement of resources (labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors) to meet project demands.
* Managing the engineering team to guarantee accurate and clear work setups before commencement.
* Reviewing and enforcing Inspection and Test Plans and checklists.
* Developing site processes for record maintenance in line with client and KBJV requirements.
* Overseeing subcontractor management to ensure seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* A proven track record in delivering construction, civils, or logistics operations.
* CSCS Level - Academically or Professionally Qualified Person/Supervisory/Manager.
* SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
