This is for drivers who enjoy the independence of the road and are looking to maximise their earnings with consistent overtime. The Package Basic Rate: £14.50 per hour Overtime pay (for hours worked over 40 per week): Weekdays (Mon-Fri): x1.5 hourly rate Saturdays: 1.5x hourly rate Bank Holidays: 2x hourly rate Paid breaks High Earnings: 20 hours of overtime available weekly Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday Starts: Between 05:00 and 06:00 The Role Based out of our Quarrington depot, you will safely operate Class 1 vehicles transporting waste materials. Key Responsibilities Safely operate Class 1 HGV vehicles for waste collection and delivery. Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report defects promptly. Maintain digital tachograph records and comply with WTD regulations. Provide professional service at all collection and delivery points. What You’ll Need Valid UK HGV Class 1 Licence (with current CPC and Digital Tacho). Experience: Proven Class 1 driving experience (Waste experience preferred).
