We are seeking to appoint a Student Services Manager to join our busy support staff team.
This is a key front‑facing role within the school. You will be the first point of contact for student enquiries and will act as the lead first aider for students, staff, and visitors. You will also be responsible for the administration of medicines, ensuring all associated procedures, permissions, and records are accurately maintained.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time plus 3 weeks (one of which must be worked during the final two weeks of the summer holidays).
Key Responsibilities
* Leading on student welfare and wellbeing support
* Maintaining an accurate and up‑to‑date student database
* Acting as the school’s lead first aider, supported by trained colleagues
* Overseeing the safe administration of medication
* Line managing the Student Services Officer
* Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies
About You

* Is approachable, caring, and professional, with the ability to be firm when required
* Has strong communication skills and works well with a range of stakeholders
Experience of working in a busy and diverse environment is essential, and experience within a school setting would be advantageous.
