In this pivotal role, you will lead the management, accuracy, and compliance of our data and reporting systems—ensuring that every piece of information we hold is reliable, insightful, and impactful. As the guardian of our management information, including the Individualised Learner Record (ILR), you’ll play a key part in guiding grant claims, coordinating budgets, and delivering high-quality performance analysis. You’ll be an essential member of our dynamic Business Support Team, working closely with colleagues and subcontracted providers to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Your expertise will help drive meaningful improvements across the Service, including supporting our journey to strengthen our Ofsted rating and overseeing the implementation of a modern Learning Management System. Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached. The payment of annual increments is not automatic and is subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by your director.
