Service Advisor - Nottinghamshire
1. Basic Salary: £28,000
2. OTE: £30,000 with bonuses
3. Monday-Friday: 08:30 - 17:30
4. Saturday (1 in 2): 08:30-13:00
We are recruiting for service advisors for an independent autocentre business in Nottingham. This family-run business is well known in the Nottingham area for providing quick and excellent customer service to their customers. as a service advisor you are key to leaving positive impressions ensuring customers have a smooth and pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
13. Greet customers and schedule vehicle services face to face and over the phone
14. Estimate time and cost of repairs
15. Order parts through suppliers and ensure they arrive into the workshop
16. Respond to customer emails
17. Provide excellent customer service
Ideal Candidate:
18. Customer service experience essential
19. Excellent communication skills
20. Confident to liase with customers over the phone
21. Competent IT skills
22. Excellent organisational skills
23. Ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst following company procedures
24. Ability to work in a team-environment
