About the Role
Your role as a Housekeeping Assistant will be to work as part of a team, ensuring all standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained. You will operate according to our standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring hotel service standards are adhered to.
Other responsibilities include:
* Carrying out cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions.
* Understanding cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings, and properties of cleaning materials, to keep areas well presented and maintained.
* Treating all residents with dignity and respect, respecting their personal space and belongings.

* Knowledge of Health and Safety, particularly Moving and Handling, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
