Job Description
We are hiring a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead a multi-phase SAP implementation within a CDMO/life sciences environment. Phase 1 focuses on PM and FICO modules, while Phase 2 covers the remaining SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage full-cycle SAP implementations, starting with PM and FICO modules.
2. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones.
3. Ensure cGMP compliance for validation, change management, and documentation.
4. Lead stakeholder communication and drive change management initiatives.
5. Report project progress, manage risks, and ensure user adoption.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
1. 10+ years SAP project management experience with multiple full-cycle rollouts.
2. Background in life science or pharmaceutical industries.
3. Strong knowledge of cGMP/GxP compliance and regulatory environments.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
