What You’ll Be Doing As a BDR, you’ll be the engine of the sales team - generating new opportunities and building the pipeline. Your day-to-day will include: Proactively reaching out to prospective clients (cold calling & outbound outreach) Following up on marketing-driven leads and turning interest into opportunity Asking smart, targeted questions to uncover business needs Booking qualified meetings for senior sales colleagues to close Tracking all activity in Salesforce CRM Building strong relationships with decision-makers over time Learning the company’s solutions inside out and communicating value clearly Who We’re Looking For Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-focused Comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to new people daily A strong communicator with confidence and energy Keen to build a long-term career in sales Ideally experienced in B2B sales, lead generation, or IT/Service Management (bonus, not essential) Most importantly — you’ve got the hunger to succeed.
