In this role, you will warmly greet customers, engage with them to understand their shopping needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Besides excellent customer service, you should be a team player, keeping the store tidy, stocked, and offering great services.
You will need
* Greet customers with friendliness.
* Listen and talk to customers to identify their needs.
* Help customers find what they want.
* Be passionate and knowledgeable about products and services.
* Be punctual, smartly dressed, and ready to serve.
* Think 25 when serving age-restricted products.
* Work as part of a team to complete store duties.
* If applicable, complete a criminal record check for post office duties.
