Job Description
The Private Client Solicitor will be able to:
* Draft and review wills, trusts, and other related legal documents.
* Advise clients on estate planning and inheritance tax matters.
* Manage probate and estate administration processes efficiently.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Provide clear and concise legal advice tailored to individual client needs.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Private Client Solicitor should have:
* Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE.
* Experience in drafting wills, trusts, and handling probate matters.
* Strong knowledge of estate planning and inheritance tax regulations.
* Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
