This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and developing the College’s Grade II listed estate, ensuring it provides a safe, efficient, and inspiring environment for learning.
The successful candidate will:
* Bring significant experience in estates management within a comparable setting;
* Have strong technical knowledge of compliance, maintenance, and health & safety;
* Demonstrate excellent project management, IT/ Systems, budgeting, and leadership skills;
* Be proactive, hands-on, and committed to excellence and sustainability.
You will lead a dedicated in-house site team and manage a range of contractors, ensuring the smooth running and future development of the estate.
