The Role
As a Majestic Trainee Manager, you will support your Store Manager in driving sales and managing daily store operations. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimize KPI performance, and support your team to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support your Store Manager in driving store performance and operations, taking responsibility in their absence.
* Maximise sales opportunities and KPI performance, exceeding targets.
* Provide outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Offer personalized VIP concierge services, including product updates and tastings.
* Promote product knowledge through tastings and managing tasting events.
* Assist in recruiting, managing, and developing team members, supporting their growth and qualifications.
* Maintain the store’s appearance and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
* Identify operational improvements and implement them effectively.
* Follow internal policies, complete mandatory training, and support communication within the store and region.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
* Experience in fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality environments.
* Ability to deliver excellent customer service and understand retail KPIs.
* Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills under pressure.
* Self-motivated and team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* WSET Level 2 qualification is essential; willingness to pursue WSET Level 3 for career progression.
* Full UK/EU/EEA driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
