Position Overview
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Contract Support Administrator to join our team. This role supports the administration of contracts, maintains accurate data, and acts as a point of contact for clients and suppliers. Suitable for those starting their career or with prior administrative experience seeking growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management: Maintain accurate records related to contracts, suppliers, and client interactions.
2. Purchase Order Processing: Raise, track, and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.
3. Client Interaction: Handle client queries professionally via phone and written communication.
4. Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services.
5. Quotations: Prepare and formalize quotations for internal review and clients.
6. Administrative Support: Assist with documents, meetings, invoices, reports, and general office tasks.
7. System Utilization: Use business software (e.g., Excel, Outlook) confidently for contract and project admin.
8. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth contractual operations and process improvements.
Candidate Profile
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Experience in administrative/support roles is advantageous but not essential.
