Manage operatives and resources in the delivery of frontline Roads and Winter Maintenance activities. Requirements Possession of Driving Licence for LGV, Category C and CE Knowledge/Experience of Roads and Winter Maintenance operations and works. Proven leadership experience Experience of operating construction related plant or other construction related skill. Practical or Technical Knowledge, normally acquired through a professional qualification, for example ONC/HNC/HND or through relevant working experience in a Roads/Construction activity. Ability to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
