This is a non-class-based role designed to accelerate progress for pupils who need additional academic support. As an Intervention Teacher, you will plan and deliver structured small-group sessions, monitor progress closely, and adapt teaching in response to assessment data. You will work collaboratively with class teachers, phase leaders, and the SENCo to ensure interventions align with whole-class learning.
