Description
Develop and implement effective people processes, designed to drive efficiency
Work with teams based across Europe and serve as an escalation point for complex People Operations queries
Line management of one direct report and dotted line of several HR Advisors based in other countries
Supervise the execution of employee lifecycle changes
Develop communication channels across the wider people team in order to deliver a well rounded service to stakeholders
Ensure People compliance is accurate across multiple countriesProfile
A successful People Operations Manager should have:
Proven experience in a People Operations role.
Strong knowledge of HR systems and data management practices.
A solid understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational and analytical skills to manage diverse HR functions.
Effective communication abilities to collaborate across departments.
