The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day operations via site visits, manage client relationships, develop business strategies and gain new contracts, and ensure the highest standards of work are maintained. The role involves coordinating with various areas in the business through supporting and growing OTM and our sister company Warehouse Design & Build, monitoring project progress, managing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the implementation of new business processes to maximise business efficiency and productivity which will include project/programme management, financial management and performance management. The candidate will also support the directors with all elements of marketing and business development.Qualifications/previous experience Extensive experience in cladding and constructionStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in budget management and financial planningAbility to develop and implement business strategiesProficient in analysing project requirements and ensuring timely completion on each projectProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience & knowledge in the renovation, restoration, new build and cladding industry essentialCSCS, SMSTS essentialNEBOSH desirableSupport Marketing strategies for OTM and Warehouse Design & BuildContract terms:6 months fixed term contract initially, with potential to extend to permanent4 weeks annual leaveSalary:£35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience plus attractive commission per project on successful completion.
