Are you a mechanically biased Engineering Technician with experience in aseptic filling, looking to make a real impact in a sterile manufacturing environment?
We're seeking a skilled and proactive technician to support operations in Grade A, B, and C cleanroom areas. You'll be part of a dedicated team working on life-changing injectable products for patients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform changeovers and maintenance on washing, filling, and sealing machines for vials and ampoules.
Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance and reliability tasks.
Maximise line efficiency by proactively managing equipment and reducing setup/changeover times.
Operate in compliance with cGMP and engineering procedures.
Continuously seek improvements in equipment, safety, and processes.
What's needed
Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship (multi-skilled preferred).
Strong fault-finding and communication skills.
Experience in Grade A, B, and C pharmaceutical environments.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical engineering and regulatory standards.
Reliability engineering experience and a continuous improvement mindset.
