About the Role
Working from 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am, we offer bank, part‑time and full‑time hours with full flexibility required. At HC‑One, kindness is at the heart of everything we do across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Our residents are people with their own stories to tell, and by joining us you’ll have the chance to give something back while helping them live with dignity and purpose.
Responsibilities
* Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
* Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
* Assist with daily activities in the home.
* Deliver care that comes from the heart, ensuring residents never lose their individuality.
* Support residents with limited mobility and provide comfort to those who are distressed.
* Offer compassionate end‑of‑life care and put their wellbeing first.
* Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and know how to respond, including escalating concerns when necessary.
Work Eligibility
