An established exhibitions-focused agency is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate new revenue growth. This role is centred on originating and converting new business opportunities, complementing an active existing pipeline.
The agency specialises in marketing and brand solutions for the exhibition sector, delivering innovative stand concepts and high-impact visitor experiences. Its offering is enhanced by intuitive digital tools that enable exhibitors to configure and visualise stand solutions, alongside a growing portfolio of modular build and accessory products.
This is a proactive, front-end sales role requiring hands-on prospecting at trade shows and events. You will identify and engage exhibitors, build relationships with decision-makers and qualify opportunities through consultative conversations. Using tablet-based demonstrations, you will articulate tailored solutions and hand over qualified leads for final pitch delivery where appropriate.
You will take ownership of pipeline development, maintain consistent reporting and execute multi-channel outreach strategies.
Requirements: proven business development experience (ideally exhibitions and/or events), strong self-sufficiency and excellent relationship-building skills.
Package: £30,000 - £40,000 base + competitive commission structure. First-year target c£350,000.
Travel required in the UK and throughout Europe.
