These newly developed roles in the Aylesbury CMHT offer the opportunity to take a clinical lead role, whilst maintaining direct client contact. The two Clinical Leads will work alongside the existing leadership team to focus on providing excellent quality care and supporting the career development of junior staff. The successful candidates will have excellent clinical skills, experience of managing complex cases within a community mental health setting and of providing supervision. Main duties of the job Act as a clinical expert taking a lead role in advancing the development of clinical practice. To lead and develop newly qualified and unqualified staff, to provide evidence-based interventions to patients on the wider team caseload. To provide clinical leadership to the team on a daily basis.
