Duty Access Manager - M6 Loop (B46 3JB)
McGinley Support Services is recruiting Duty Access Managers to join the team on the M6 Loop Project near Coleshill, B46 3JB. We have three positions available for motivated and professional individuals holding a valid SIA Badge.
This is a great short-term opportunity (with potential for extension) for those looking to work on a key highways infrastructure project.
Job Details
* Location: M6 Loop Project, B46 3JB (Coleshill area)
* Start Date: ASAP
* Duration: Initial 8 weeks - with opportunity to stay on longer
* Rate: £15.90 per hour (PAYE Direct)
* Overtime: 1.25x rate after 10 hours daily
Role Overview - Duty Access Manager
As a Duty Access Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring site access points, ensuring all personnel and vehicles entering and exiting the project are properly authorised. Your duties will include:
* Managing gate access and logging entries/exits
* Checking ID, permits and SIA credentials
* Liaising with site management and security teams
* Maintaining accurate site access records
* Enforcing site safety and security standards
Requirements
* Valid SIA Security Badge - essential
* Previous experience in site access control, gate management or security
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a site operations team
