We are looking to employ an enthusiastic individual to join the HR Team in a Training Co-ordinator role to cover maternity leave.
The role is a full-time position Monday to Friday 8am 5pm.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Conduct all Bradbury & Agency Company Inductions and onboarding, ensuring all relevant paperwork and relevant Company equipment provided.
* Conduct Contractor Inductions for any external agencies coming on site
* Update documentation related to the company induction liaising with HR, Technical, & H&S to ensure all policy versions are up to date.
* Liaise with, and co-ordinate inductions with our agency provider ensuring all due diligence around right to works.
* Arrange and organise all required courses - Researching, making enquiries, booking and organising between candidates and the provider and being a point of contact for the day/s
* Monitor mandatory training expiry dates and ensuring refresher training completed prior to expiry
* Flick learning platform user management
* Update the training matrix to reflect new versions of all policies and any training undertaken for all staff.
* Scan and link all relevant training documents and briefings to our master training matrixes.
* Manage training folders and store all training documentation correctly
* Assist with audits via the training matrix to provide any documentation requested
* Liaise and work with the different departments to highlight any training gaps or training needs working closely with technical and production departments
* Support with Standard Operation Procedures project throughout the site liaising with Production, Engineers, Technical and Health and Safety. Making sure all SOPs are correctly document controlled and up to date.
* Order and manage all Company Personal Protective Equipment; monitoring stock levels and ordering to ensure stock is always available. This includes, staff uniform items, Health and Safety equipment, First Aid equipment
* Track and Issue PPE to contracted and agency staff
* Organise visitor PPE on request.
* Answer the phone taking messages, and transferring calls to the relevant department or person
* Assistant HR and H&S with small tasks when requested
The candidate
You must be a confident, personable person who is comfortable with presenting to groups of people at a time. You must have a great eye for detail, organisation and be excellent at administration. With a willing attitude you must be proactive in over seeing our Training processes, ensuring full and complete training is documented, monitoring and updating the system. Liaising with managers to ensure full compliance and ensuring all training gaps, plans and needs are met. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate who is competent with using computers and IT systems.
