 
        Were looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our small, friendly kitchen team of three at Letchworth Golf Club. This is a fantastic opportunity for a young chef who loves fresh food and wants to learn and grow in a supportive, hands-on environment. Youll work closely with our Head Chef, helping to prepare and deliver a high-quality, modern menu for members, events, and private functions all freshly made with seasonal ingredients. What were looking for: Experience in a fresh food kitchen (golf club, pub, or restaurant background welcome) A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Someone who takes pride in presentation and consistency Enthusiasm for cooking modern British dishes and daily specials What we offer: £30,000£40,000 depending on experience Great work-life balance with sensible hours Supportive environment with room to develop your skills Chance to get involved with menu ideas and events This role would suit a Chef de Partie ready to take the next step or a Junior Sous looking for more freedom and creativity in a tight-knit team.
