Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Worthing)

£15.20 hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

At Harmony Healthcare, we believe exceptional care is delivered by exceptional people. We are seeking a compassionate and bubbly Healthcare Assistant to support a lovely & adventurous service user in the Worthing area. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently and with dignity in their own home.

This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

About the Client

Our client is an active young adult, who enjoys exploring his independence as much as possible. From concerts to holidays, this service user likes to stay busy. They benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who wants to get involved in these adventures would be entirely ideal for helping our client truly enjoy themselves. You will be required to hold a manual license to operate their mobility vehicle.

Clinical Requirements

You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:

• PEG Feeding

• Muscular Dystrophy

• Epidermolysis Bullosa

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.
