We currently have a vacancy for a Stock Management Coordinator working within our Stock Management & Operations Support Team in Sudbury
.As a Stock Management Coordinator you will be Accountable for the management of WET Stock within company owned assets Nationally and any other “customers” that have been deemed the responsibility of the Stock MGT Team. you will also be Responsible for cascading Stock Replenishment information to stakeholders and for the replenishing and maintaining of stock levels at company premises/customer locations in line with operating procedures and/or contractual obligations
Responsibilities
* Balancing of Stocks compare predicted, live and actual movements
* Accountable for the effective management of WET Stock within company owned assets Nationally and any other “customers” that have been deemed the responsibility of the Stock MGT Team.
* Liaise with day stakeholders to prioritise deliveries
* Responsible for the accurate and timely updating of the approved “Ullage reports” both in terms of daily reconciliation process as well as general housekeeping activities to ensure sheets/platforms are in date/relevant information.
* Ensuring that the department takes product cost into account - where possible.
* Prevent cost-ineffective issues, such as failed deliveries and stock shortages
* Build relationships with various departments across the company to increase communication.
* Cascading stock information to stakeholders
* Working with all departments to ensure correct stock movement and management
* Ensure no stock shortages, over fills, LOBS or excess stock
* Send daily paperwork with delivery number, tank size number, ullage etc.
* Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures
* Comply with relevant site rules if visiting other locations.
* Responsible for personal safety as well as being vigilant with others health and safety within the workplace.
