Our client is a leading manufacturer/ distributor in the UK and well:known within the industry. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring in a Head of Finance to take a strategic position within the business as well as manage the day:to:day responsabilities in accounting.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Manage day:to:day accounting such as invoicing and financial reporting
* Manage stock and improve stock strategy
* Attend management meetings and breif collleague on finance updates
* Buy and sell in foreigh currency
* Liaise with key stakeholders in the business
* Liaise with retailers, wholesalers online stockists and distributors
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Experience of managing stock finances
* Excellent understanding of Cash flow
* Fantastic technical accounting ability
* Knowledge of currency (euros, pounds, dolars, yen)
* Familiarity of working with wholesalers, retailers and/or trade counters
