We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker supporting our client in her home in Caterham.
Split shifts: 4 hours in the middle of the day (11am-3pm) and then returning for 1 hour in the evening (8pm-9pm)
This role is to support a lady with advanced MS in her own home. This will involve supporting and managing her clinical equipment and helping to put her to bed.
Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
50 per hour (depending on experience)
