As an Adult Housing Support Worker in Minehead, you will play a key role in helping people achieve their personal goals, maintain their independence, and feel valued and respected.

Previous experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, values, and willingness to support others.

The shift pattern for this role consists of 8am - 4pm, 12pm - 8pm to includeevenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis.
Whilst there are systems in place to support you, a substantial part of the role includes the ability to lone work. Therefore, we require someone competent and confident when working alone and somebody who is able to understand and work with complex and challenging behaviours, appropriately.
