We are seeking a Cleaning Area Manager to effectively oversee and monitor high-end retail sites.
The ideal candidate is currently in a similar role or ready to advance from a cleaning supervisor position. Experience in the retail sector is essential.

The main duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Ensuring work complies with company policies, procedures, and legislation.
2. Maintaining and meeting contract retention targets.
3. Carrying out quarterly Health & Safety audits and monthly cleaning inspections.
4. Recruiting and selecting employees.
5. Training, developing, and onboarding new staff.
6. Managing and motivating a competent workforce.
7. Controlling overheads and operational costs to ensure profitability.
8. Implementing cost-saving initiatives where applicable.
9. Planning, managing, and organizing operational activities and work schedules.
10. Managing client escalations effectively.
11. Ensuring adequate staffing and supervision at all times.
12. Conducting performance reviews.
13. Ensuring availability of equipment and materials.
14. Conducting timely audits.
