Youll manage our services which house customers who have experienced homelessness, their support focus on building skills to manage an independent tenancy. We have services at Rosary Road for complex needs, along with 2 move on services in Norwich. What youll do Leading a motivated team to deliver efficient, high-quality, person-centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs. Be the Safeguarding Lead for the service Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recordedaccurately Managing the contracts, budgets and KPIs, and liaising with stakeholders and commissioners Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectivesto ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service Youll update customer records, manage finances and KPI;s around voids, arrears and customer engagement Why join us This is more than a job, its a place where you feel valued.
